Our studio is located in Charlton, just a 1-minute walk from Charlton Station, with convenient free all-day parking for clients.

You can book appointments directly through our website or contact us via the provided booking link. Bookings are open 8 weeks in advance.

Guests are allowed in the waiting area but must not disrupt the session.

What happens if I’m late?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after a service has been completed.however, we are happy to address concerns and provide touch-ups if necessary

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. You’ll have the option to change the date or time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
